The Drappier vineyard covers 250 acres and is known for its excellent wines. Since 1808, Drappier has tilled its advantageously exposed high-limestone grapes located in the Urville area; its Pinot Noir is allowed to express itself and produces elegant, aromatic wines. Only the juice from the first pressing (the cuvées) is used. Low-pressure mechanical wine presses. Gravity is used instead of pumps. Low-temperature fermentation takes place for approximately two weeks. The next step is natural and full malolactic fermentation. The blending process all Drappier's wines are matured in vats to preserve their freshness. After bottling, the cuvée is then cellar-aged sur latte for two to three years. Drappier products have a fresh nose, with notes of pear, lemon and hazelnut. It is lively and will please all wine lovers and purists who are looking for an unparalleled taste experience. Ideal for those allergic to sulfur. Perfect as an aperitif. An excellent accompaniment to seafood, sashimi and fresh chèvre cheese. Serve at 7 C.
