The utensils of star chefs are now available in your kitchen!
The 5 superimposed layers: 18/10 stainless steel + 3 layers of aluminium + stainless steel of the Castel'Pro pans allow a homogeneous diffusion of the heat throughout the body of the cooking utensil and not only at the level of the thermo-diffuser bottom. The absence of a base means that the temperature rises and falls quickly and makes it easier to cook the most technical appliances. The unique round shape of the body of the pan is ideal for mixing, sautéing and cooking.
Castel'Pro 5-layer pans preserve the taste of food and are easy to clean after cooking.
The solid athermic stainless steel handle, perfectly attached to the body of the pan thanks to stainless steel rivets, does not retain heat on a ceramic hob.
