The undisputed star of the summer season, the bottle of rosé wine from Léoube skilfully combines the best ingredients to delight all taste buds.
Created by Romain Ott, Love by Léoube Côtes de Provence rosé is like an explosion of aromas. He has selected the emblematic grape varieties of Provence: Cinsault, Grenache and Mourvèdre.
Léoube, a wine estate in the Var, draws strength and light from the uniqueness of its terroir. A rising star among the wine estates of Provence, Léoube continues to develop and is launching a new organic rosé in Côtes de Provence, "Love by Léoube"! A love of Provence rosé designed in the purest Léoube style, an elegant and fruity organic rosé wine, because it bears the signature of a unique know-how.
As intense as it is generous, fresh and fruity, its delicate and subtle aromas with exotic notes make it an excellent aperitif wine, which goes perfectly with small toasts, canapés, verrines and tapas, but also with grilled vegetables and raw vegetables. For an aperitif on the go, Léoube's rosé wine also goes very well with some chips, peanuts and dried fruit.
Enjoy!
ABOUT THE DOMAIN...
Château Léoube is an estate of 560 hectares, including 70 vineyards and 23 olive trees.
Located in the commune of Bormes les Mimosas, it stretches over almost four kilometres of coastline in the heart of the protected natural area of Cap Bénat on the maritime part of the Côtes de Provence appellation near the Fort de Brégançon facing the islands of Hyères: Porquerolles, Port Cros and Levant.
Long neglected, the property was taken over in 1998. Since then, the estate has undergone 20 years of intensive work both in the vineyard and to bring its equipment up to standard. The management and renewal of the estate have been entrusted to Jean-Jacques and Romain OTT. These efforts are still continuing today for a project that has reached an important stage in 2010 with, in particular, the commissioning of our new operational building (wine-making cellar, shop, offices...).
Eventually the estate will have 75 hectares of vines and 30 hectares of olive groves cultivated organically in the heart of the only protected natural area on the Côte d'Azur coast.
